8/12 at 4:07 p.m. Joshua D. Schumacher, 21, of Falmouth Road, was arrested on Underwood Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a charge of transient seller who intentionally failed to register.

8/15 at 7:09 p.m. Randall L. Harford, 46, of Middle Road, was arrested on Marshall Drive by Officer Lucas Hallett on a warrant.

8/17 at 12:30 a.m. Joshua R. McCrillis, 20, of Impala Way, Windham, was arrested at Walton Park by Officer Lucas Hallett on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, possession of liquor by a minor, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and on a warrant.

8/17 at 2:30 p.m. Lisa McFarlin, 45, of Forest Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Middle Road by Lt. John Kilbride on two warrants.

6/28 at 12:17 a.m. Steven R. Martel, 43, of Old Post Road, Arundel, was issued a summons on Field Road by Officer Lucas Hallett on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass.

8/12 at 10:13 a.m. Evelyn S. Deam, 46, of Bayside Terrace, Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Sgt. Kevin Conger on charges of operating while a license was suspended or revoked and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

8/14 at 11:48 p.m. Matthew S. Beliveau, 18, of Oakmont Drive, was issued a summons on Woods Road by Officer Lucas Hallett on a charge of possession of marijuana.

8/18 at 6:04 p.m. Donald R. Buteau, 53, of Par Four Drive, Auburn, was issued a summons on Johnson Road by Sgt. George Savidge on a charge of operating while a license was suspended or revoked.

Tied up loose ends

6/28 at 12:17 a.m. Officers issued a warning to a man and a woman who were reportedly seen on the railroad tracks. Police suspected at the time that they were stealing scrap metal and railroad ties from around the tracks, but had not charged either of them. After further investigation, police charged Steven R. Martel, 43, of Arundel, with theft, and the York County Sheriff’s Office issued him a summons at his Arundel home.

Scrambled signs

8/14 at 9:09 a.m. Officers responded to the Falmouth Country Club on Congressional Drive for a report of theft and vandalism. Someone had reportedly stolen the green and gold country club sign from the entrance and eggs had been thrown in several places around the property. A neighbor on Inverness Road also reported his three cars had been egged. Officers investigated, asking about egg purchases at local stores, and less than 24 hours later, the sign was returned intact to the country club entrance during the night.
