8/2 at 2:35 a.m. Todd Davis, 45, of Clearwater Drive, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer Kevin Conger Jr. and charged with operating under the influence.
8/3 at 9:04 p.m. Susan Jones, 43, of Hadlock Road, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer George Savidge and charged with operating under the influence and violating condition of bail release.
7/31 at 1:26 p.m. Michael Orne, 26, of Brigham Street, South Portland, was issued a summons by Sgt. Frank Soule on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
8/2 at 2:40 p.m. Nicholas Cruz, 24, of Hodgins Street, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Dean Mazzioti on a charge of attaching false plates.
8/3 at 1:47 p.m. Anthony Agust, 24, of Casco Terrace, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer George Savidge on a charge of criminal mischief.
8/3 at 10:10 a.m. A Blackstrap Road resident called police to report her vacationing neighbor’s window screen had been removed and the window was wide open. When police investigated, they determined the homeowner’s dog had popped the screen when jumping through the open window.
8/3 at 1:47 p.m. Anthony Agust, 25, allegedly kicked in his apartment door at Casco Terrace to get some property he’d left there. The police issued him a summons for criminal mischief. Damage to the door and frame is estimated at $200.
8/5 at 2:45 a.m. When police approached a group of kids hanging out in Legion Field, the juveniles ran off in the direction of Staples on Route 1. Officers checked the field but nothing had been damaged.
