Arrests

3/28 at 11:59 a.m. Eric McCue, 34, of Veranda Street, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Kevin Conger on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/30 at 4:08 p.m. Jesse McAvoy, 35, of Libby Avenue, Westbrook, was arrested on Church Street by Officer Matt Fulmer on charges of operating after habitual offender license revocation and violating conditions of release.

Summonses

3/23 at 10:13 p.m. Tyler Tatakis, 24, of Turner Avenue, Skowhegan, was issued  summonses on Falmouth Road by Officer Alan Twombley on a charge of using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker and possession of marijuana.

3/26 at 8:39 a.m. Robert Mertz, 28, of Tundra Drive, Arundel, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Jeffrey Smith on a charge of operating with suspended registration.
