3/24 at 5:51 p.m. Derek P. Johnson, 37, of Lakewood Road, Casco, was arrested on Washington Avenue Extension by Officer Al Twombley on a charge of criminal threatening.

3/25 at 11:30 a.m. Frank O. Mensah, 52, of Lone Pine Lane, Yarmouth, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked and violating conditions of release. Mensah was also picked up on an outstanding warrant.
