Arrests

4/13 at 12:52 a.m. Kyle Herrick, 36, of Wilson Street, Topsham, was arrested on Bucknam Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

Summonses

3/29 at 10:46 a.m. A 16-year-old male, of Raymond, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating without a license.

3/31 at 4:03 p.m. Besmellah Kargar, 27, of Howards End Drive, was issued a summons on Woodville Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and failure to display current or valid certificate of inspection

4/11 at 12:18 a.m. Kayla Ray, 20, of Penney Road, New Gloucester, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Stephen Hamilton on charges of operating under the influence and possession of marijuana.

4/13 at 1:41 p.m. Police said a woman allegedly assaulted another woman in the Subway parking lot on U.S. Route 1 following a road rage incident, but both offered conflicting stories of what transpired, and neither wanted police involvement.

4/14 at 2:44 p.m. A resident on Farm Gate Road called to report a suspicious man with a beard who was riding a bicycle while drinking a beer. The caller reported the man rode past residents multiple times. Police were unable to locate the man upon arrival.
