3/28 at 6:11 p.m. Carly Smith, 19, of Gray Road, Windham, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
4/4 at 7:14 p.m. Joshua Tucker, 26, of A Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Gilsland Farm Road by Officer Jeffery Pardue on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, misuse of identification and burglary of a motor vehicle.
