FALMOUTH — The Falmouth Land Trust will show the documentary film, “Community Conservation: Finding the Balance Between Nature and Culture,” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 11.
The movie, a Falmouth 300th anniversary event that is free and open to the public, is directed by award-winning Maine filmmaker Mark Ireland and profiles four land trusts in different regions of the state.
Following the screening, which will be held at St. Mary’s Church on Foreside Road, there will be a discussion about strengthening the conservation movement in southern Maine.
