FALMOUTH — The West Falmouth Baptist Church will be sending nine people to Port au Prince, Haiti, on May 9 to help build homes, clinics and schools.

According to a press release from the church, the volunteers will deliver supplies and assist in electrical wiring, roofing homes, and in building a secondary school.

The team will be in Cite Soleil, working with an ecumenical organization, Haiti Outreach Ministries, which has been providing aid to the people of Port au Prince for 20 years.

This will be the second time members from the church at 18 Mountain Road have traveled to Haiti for a service trip. For more information, go to WFBCHaiti.com.
