Falmouth seniors Noah Nelson (right) and Jack Simonds have committed to attend and play sports at Bowdoin College. Nelson will play quarterback with the football team, while Simonds will play basketball.
“(Bowdoin) is such a great school and I also chose Bowdoin because that’s where I felt most wanted,” said Nelson, a three-year starter for Falmouth and a first-team Campbell Conference all-star the past two seasons.
“My Dad went to Bowdoin and I wanted to follow in his footsteps,” said Simonds, a two-time all-state selection. “When I went for my official visit and met the guys, I just knew Bowdoin was a good fit for me.”
