3/9 at 7:44 p.m. Laura Greenlaw, 35, of Highland Avenue, Cumberland, was arrested by Officer Kevin Conger on a warrant.

Catherine LeBlanc, 51, of Town Landing Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Dupuis on a charge of creating a police standoff.
Cruisin’ for booze
3/7 at 11:11 a.m.
Three men stole liquor from Shaw’s Supermarket on Route 1 and took off in a dark blue Pontiac convertible with a Rhode Island license plate. According to police, this is the same group of men that has been stealing liquor from stores up and down the coast.
Lien on me?
3/8 at 10:47 a.m.
A man reported to police that he had received a threatening phone call on his cell phone from a man who told him he was putting a lien on his building and warned him that he was “in trouble.” The victim told police he is a landlord and manages about 50 units but that he didn’t recognize the caller.
Booze, round two

Hannaford Supermarket reported catching an unknown female on surveillance video as she was stealing hundreds of dollars worth of liquor.

Summonses
3/13 at 11:14 a.m. Joseph Luke, 33, of Mayberry Road, Gray, was issued a summons by Officer Christopher Woodcock on charges of operating after suspension and possession of a suspended/revoked license.
3/14 at 5:22 p.m. Scott Poulin, 37, of Auburn, was issued a summons by Officer Peter Volk on a charge of operating after suspension.
3/16 at 2:07 p.m. Jenna Valente, 19, of Maple Street, was issued a summons by Officer Christopher Woodcock on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Vandalism
3/3 to 3/4 Police recieved four separate calls from the Forest Lake/Blackstrap Road area regarding vandalism to mail boxes. Two cite that damage was done by a snow plow; one caller gave information for a vehicle he said might have been involved in the vandalism. In response to calls regarding damage near the West Cumberland Methodist Church on Blackstrap Road, the police report says that it appears mailboxes were hit on purpose with a snow plow and some may have been hit by an axe. No one has yet been charged.

Allen T. Neves, 50, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Joshua Robinson on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass and violation of condition of release.
3/11 at 6:37 p.m. Louis V. Kappa, 21 of North Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Kevin A. Pedersen on charges of criminal operating under the influence, driving to endanger, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to stop for a law enforcement officer.

Police were notified of an allegedly missing juvenile from South Portland who may have been seen in Yarmouth. The police could not locate the child, and the South Portland police department was notified.

Milan McAlevey, 33, of Thomaston, was arrested by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of operating under the influence.
3/11 at 11:45 a.m. Shawn M. Garland, 23, of Avon, was arrested by Sergeant Nathanial T. Goodman, on a warrant from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation violation.
3/12 at 7:20 p.m. Russell J. George, 39, of Bow Street, was arrested by Officer Joseph L. Pelletier, on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing report of the crime.
Not school spirit
3/10 at 2:43 p.m.
Police were notified of damage to signs outside the High School on Holbrook Street. The damage totalled nearly $300.

While driving by the Freeport Village Station on Depot and Mill streets, police noticed a gate at a construction site was open. Although they checked the area and found nothing amiss, the shopping plaza is not scheduled to open until 2010.
