FALMOUTH — The commemoration of Falmouth’s 300th anniversary continues Sept. 8 with a Waterfront Bash at Town Landing.

The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., is free and open to the public and will include dockside tours of police, Coast Guard, and Maine Marine Patrol vessels, kayak and stand-up paddle board demos and a boat building display by The Compass Project.

Food, face painting and balloon animals will also be available at the Town Landing Market and the event will also include a variety of other children’s activities.

Event parking will be available at Tyler Technologies on the corner of Route 1 and Johnson Road, where a free shuttle bus will ferry people to and from the landing. See Falmouth300.org for more information.
