SOUTH PORTLAND — Energy efficiency and alternative energies will be on display from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Fair at Southern Maine Community College.

Tips for saving energy and converting to solar, geothermal or other sources of energy will be available to homeowners and business owners at the free event hosted by the college and Common Ground Learning Solutions.

Eight speakers, including Anne Stephenson of Efficiency Maine and Jen Hatch of ReVision Energy, will offer insight into financing and energy usage in the college SEA Center, Jewett Hall and the grounds surrounding Spring Point.
