PORTLAND — Eloise Hovey Ekberg, 92, of Falmouth, formerly of Cumberland, died June 6.
On July 28, 1916, she was born in Portland, a daughter of Etta (Brown) and Perley MacMillan Hovey.
She graduated from Westbrook Junior College and had a career in banking, retiring in 1977.
She was married to John Helmer Ekberg.
Surviving her are two nieces, Gail Hovey of Brunswick and Janice Ekberg Peters of Syracuse, N.Y.
Memorial services were held earlier this week.
Memorial donations may be made to Ocean View Resident Assistance Fund, 20 Blueberry Lane, P.O. Box 382, Falmouth, ME 04105.
Arrangements are by Lindquist Funeral Home, 1 Mayberry Lane, Yarmouth.
