PORTLAND — Future improvements for the Amtrak Downeaster will be discussed at a 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, meeting in the State of Maine Room at City Hall.
The two-hour meeting is hosted by the Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority, which expects to complete a service development plan on existing and new rail services by June.
