John Boulanger, of Boulanger’s Earthworks, drives a mini sweeper through the Falmouth Inn parking lot last week on U.S. Route 1 while his dog Jessica rides on the hood. “She’s my mascot,” Boulanger said of the 6-year-old springer spaniel who has been riding in this manner since she was a puppy. “She keeps me going.”
