LEXINGTON PARK, Md.— Deborah L. “Debbie” Olson, 48, formerly of Brunswick, died unexpectedly March 9 at her home.
She was born in Inglewood, Calif., a daughter of Ronald Chadwick and Carol Armstrong.
On Dec. 20, 1986, she married Michael Olson in San Diego and was a dedicated military wife during his Navy career.
They moved to Brunswick in 1993, where they lived until recently moving to Maryland.
She was a student at Southern Maryland University and enjoyed working with crafts in her spare time.
She is survived by her husband Michael of Lexington Park, Md.; her father, Ronald and his wife, Judy of Las Cruces, N.M.; her mother, Carol Armstrong of Battle Ground, Wash.; and maternal grandmother, Nola Armstrong of Battle Ground, Wash.; four sons, Justin Babcock of Brunswick and his fiancee, Heather Taylor, Eric Olson, U.S. Air Force, Kadena, Okinawa, Japan, Trever Olson and his girlfriend, Teejay Cookson, and Jordan Olson of Lexington Park, Md., and a daughter, Monique Thiboutot and her husband, Donald of Topsham; a sister, Michele Howald and William Howald of Green, Ohio; three grandchildren, Haven, Ashton and Alexis; and a niece, Ashley Howald and nephew, Ryan Howald.
Memorial services were held earlier this week.
