SOUTH PORTLAND — The city Public Works Department said a months-long project on Cummings Road will cause delays beginning Wednesday, June 29.
Restoration of the road surface and storm drain improvements will extend from the Cummings Road intersection with Gannett Drive to the intersection with Payne Road.
According to the department’s webpage, the daytime construction work will limit traffic to alternating one-lane patterns. The work is scheduled to be completed in mid-September and drivers are urged to find alternate routes.
