The Cumberland/North Yarmouth 10/11 all-star softball team came in runners up to Westbrook in the recent District 6 tournament. They won their first game against South Portland National, 10-0, but got knocked into the losing bracket by Westbrook, losing 6-2. The team faced South Portland again in the loser’s bracket and won, 8-2. In the final against Westbrook, Cumberland/North Yarmouth lost, 12-8. The team was also named the 10/11 State Runner up.
