AUGUSTA — Charles Clemetson, a psychiatrist who works in Cumberland, had his medical license put on probation for five years after a June 11 state adjudicatory hearing.
The Board of Licensure in Medicine, which held the hearing, found that Clemetson had been unprofessional in not maintaining sufficient medical records. During his probation, Clemetson must work under the supervision of a practice monitor approved by the board, and participate in a medical record-keeping course.
The board is made up of six physicians and three public members appointed by the governor.
