Arrests

9/1 at 11:37 p.m. Alexander Buchanan, 19, of Longwoods Road, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer David Young in Falmouth on a charge of violation of conditions of release, and issued a summons on a charge of unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug.

Summonses

8/30 at 9 a.m. Nicholas Giberti, 34, of Broad Street, Auburn, was issued a summons by Lt. Milton Calder on Tuttle Road on a charge of possessing marijuana.

8/31 at 11:54 a.m. Brian Gouin, 18, no address listed, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Blanchard Road on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

8/31 at 6:33 p.m. James Avtges, 20, of Hemlock Drive, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Woodcock on Greely Road on a charge of speeding at least 30 mph more than the limit.

8/31 at 11:01 p.m. A 16-year-old girl, of North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Woodcock in Falmouth on a charge of possessing liquor as a minor.

9/3 at 10:16 p.m. Owen Davis, 25, of Washington Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer David Young on Gray Road on a charge of speeding at least 30 mph more than the limit.
