10/10 at 11:12 p.m. Allan Schmid, 53, of Hedgerow Drive, was arrested on charges of violation of condition of release and operating after suspension. Schmid was also summonsed on a charge of displaying a suspended/revoked license/permit.

10/11 at 1:52 a.m. Christopher Thurston, 33, of Rocky Avenue, Topsham, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.


10/9 at 9 a.m. Michael Johnston, 54, of Johnston Drive, North Yarmouth, was summonsed on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large.

10/11 at 2:46 a.m. Benjamin Ayer, 22, of Payson Street, Portland, was summonsed on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/13 at noon A 17-year-old boy was summonsed on a charge of unlawfully possessing alcohol.
