10/8 at 2:05 a.m. Carol Vining, 22, of Tuttle Road, was arrested by Officer Ryan Martin on Tuttle Road on a charge of violation of conditions of release.

10/8 at 2:30 a.m. Tsinat Taffere, 23, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Ryan Martin on Tuttle Road on a charge of violation of conditions of release.

Summonses

10/6 at 5 p.m. Cheryl Stack, 50, of Patrick Way, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Kirk Mazuzan on Blackstrap Road on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
