10/2 at 11:48 p.m. Thomas Williams, 41, of Illsley Street, Portland, was arrested by Officer Antonio Ridge on Longwoods Road on charges of domestic violence terrorizing and criminal mischief.

9/29 at 2:47 p.m. Brian Gouin Jr., 21, of Wichers Mill Road, Sanford, was issued a summons by Officer Matthew Merriman on Tuttle Road on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.
