Arrests

10/30 at 1:51 a.m. William Schneider, 20, of Pitt Street, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of operating under the influence and issued a summons on charges of operating beyond restrictions/conditions, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.

10/30 at 7:45 a.m. John Martell, 30, of Horton Place, Portland, was arrested by Officer Antonio Ridge on charges of eluding an officer, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, reckless conduct, speeding at least 30 mph more than the limit and violating condition of release. He was also issued a summons on a charge of failing to make an oral or written accident report.

10/30 at 6:07 p.m. Carl Langston, 21, of Chadwick Street, Portland, was arrested by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of violating condition of release and issued a summons on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

10/31 at 9:58 p.m. Brandi Patel, 27, of Roosevelt Trail, Windham, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on charges of operating after suspension and violating condition of release.
