11/8 at 1:40 p.m. A 15 year-old boy, of Cumberland, was issued a summons by Officer John Dalbec on Main Street on a charge of possession of marijuana.
11/9 at 9 a.m. Timothy Antz, 22, of Ansel Lane, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Orchard Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.
11/9 at 9 a.m. Nicholas Ampungan, 22, of Capen Avenue, Eastport, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Orchard Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.
11/9 at 9:57 a.m. Lee Flaherty, 44, of Deacon Road, Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Blanchard Road on a charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates.
