11/8 at 1:14 a.m. Stewart Richardson, 26, of Mill Ridge Road, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on Mill Ridge Road on a probation hold.

11/8 at 8:51 p.m. Jessica Taplin, 25, of Dutton Hill Road, Gray, was arrested by Officer Thomas Adams on Gray Road on an outstanding warrant.

Summonses

11/5 at 3:30 p.m. Zane Whitcher, 28, of Windham, was issued a summons by Chief Joseph Charron on Middle Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

11/9 at 3:30 p.m. Matthew Keller, 35, of Oxford Street, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Foreside Road on charges of attaching false plates and exceeding the posted speed limit by 30 mph or more.
