10/29 at 9:18 p.m. Matthew Logan, 19, of Delwin Drive, North Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Scott Hendee on Middle Road on charges of operating beyond license restriction, reckless conduct, exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more and eluding an officer.
10/31 at 2:08 a.m. Jeremy Martin, 42, of Burnell Drive, Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Benjamin Burnes on U.S. Route 1 on a charge of operating under the influence.
Summonses
10/27 at 8:05 p.m. Christopher Doughinett, 27, of Highland Avenue, South Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Benjamin Burnes on Gray Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
10/29 at 6:34 p.m. Matthew Logan, 19, of Delwin Drive, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Hendee on Middle Road on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property.
