4/23 at 6:22 p.m. Torrey Santos, 20, of Stroudwater Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons by Officer Matthew Merriman on Harris Road on a charge of consumption of liquor by a minor.
4/24 at 12:22 a.m. Jason Ward, 47, of Shaker Road, Gray, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Pynchon on Gray Road on a charge of operating beyond license restriction.
