Arrests

3/18 at 2:17 p.m. Kevin Tar, 18, of Tinker Lane, was arrested by Officer Kirk Mazuzan on Blanchard Road on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and issued a summons on a charge of possessing marijuana. Later that day, at 5:29 p.m., Tar was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug.

3/21 at 2:15 p.m. A 17-year-old boy, of Cumberland, was arrested by Chief Joe Charron on Tuttle Road on charges of burglary and theft.

Summonses

3/17 at 3 a.m. Bridget Katherine Skahan, 21, of Oak Ridge Road, was issued a summons by Officer Antonio Ridge on Greely Road Extension on a charge of operating under the influence.

Monster, or teenager, under the bed

3/18 at 11:47 p.m. A Meadow View Road resident returned home to find the door between her garage and kitchen open. She discovered a teenage boy hiding under her bed, and he ultimately fled the scene, allegedly stealing some collectable coins. His parents brought him to the Cumberland Police station three days later, and Chief Joe Charron arrested him there on charges of burglary and theft.

3/19 at 5:46 p.m. Fire alarm sounding on Hawthorne Court.

3/20 at 6:37 p.m. Smoke investigation at Greely and Val Halla roads.

3/21 at 7:23 a.m. Structure fire on Blanchard Road.

3/22 at 3:13 p.m. Woods fire at Greely and Val Halla roads.
