6/12 at 11:55 p.m. Amy Nest, 37, of Swett Road, Windham, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/15 at 11:59 p.m. Catherine Clarke, 19, of West Elm Street, Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Antonio Ridge on a charge of violating condition of release and issued a summons on a charge of consuming liquor as a minor.
