6/4 at 4:50 a.m. Jeremy Swett, 35, of Declaration Drive, Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Ryan Martin at Gray and Blackstrap roads on charges of operating under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon. Swett was also issued a summons on a charge of possession of marijuana.
