6/26 at 5:22 p.m. Richard Martel, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Chris Woodcock.

6/26 at 11:07 p.m. Kimberly Turgeon, 32, of Whitney Avenue, Portland, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on a charge of operating under the influence.
