7/13 at 1:59 a.m. Stewart Richardson, 23, of Mill Ridge Road, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Antonio Ridge.

7/14 at 11:33 a.m. Christopher Millard, 42, of Newell Ridge Road, was arrested by Officer Kirk Mazuzan on Winn Road on charges of operating after suspension and violation of conditions of release.

7/16 at 10:10 a.m. Jessica Nicole Parker, 25, of Prince Street, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on Portland Street in Yarmouth on a charge of operating after suspension.

7/18 at 7:15 p.m. Christopher Martin, 21, of Acadia Drive, Windham, was arrested by Officer Ryan Martin on Blackstrap Road on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and violation of conditions of release.

7/15 at 10:06 p.m. Randal Smith, 35, of Megquier Hill Road, Poland, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Woodcock on Orchard Road on a charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates.

7/20 at 7:20 p.m. Leroy Thomas Messer, 24, of Brookside Road, Sebago, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Tuttle Road on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation.

7/20 at 7:20 p.m. Krystina Messer, 27, of Brookside Road, Sebago, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Tuttle Road on a charge of permitting unlawful use of a vehicle.

7/20 at 11:44 p.m. David Connolly, 31, of Blackstrap Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Forest Lake Road on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

Val Halla vandalism

7/23 Police responded in the early morning to the report of extensive vandalism sometime overnight at the Val Halla Golf & Recreation Center on Val Halla Road. Damage, currently estimated to be about $5,000, included gashes in the green and part of a stone wall being dismantled. “FHS” and “Cambell” were scrawled into the green. People with information that could aid in the investigation are asked to call police at 829-6391.
