7/1 at 4:09 a.m. Dakota Hiott, 18, of Hillside Street, Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on U.S. Route 1 in Yarmouth on a charge of exceeding the posted speed limit by 30 mph or more.
