7/3 at 10:35 a.m. David Nealley, 28, of Reagan Lane, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin at the Cumberland County Jail on charges of violating conditions of release, theft by unauthorized taking of property and burglary.
7/4 at 2:38 a.m. Jeffrey Gold, 53, of Scarborough, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin at Gray Road and Neba Way on a charge of operating under the influence.
Fire calls
7/3 at 6:15 p.m. Water problem on Greely Road.
7/4 at 5:12 a.m. Trash or rubbish fire on Blackstrap Road.
7/8 at 9:40 a.m. Smoke detector activation on Main Street.
