2/10 at 2:54 a.m. Trevor Szumowski, 23, of Union Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.


2/10 at 2:55 p.m. Catherine Diviney, 35, of Amandas Way, was summonsed on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large.

2/10 at 3:02 p.m. Jeremiah McCarty, 51, of Tuttle Road, was summonsed on charges of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and failing to produce evidence of insurance.

2/5 at 5:02 p.m. Carbon monoxide issue on Blackstrap Road.

2/8 at 9:52 p.m. Mutual aid stove fire on Summit Road.

2/11 at 4:38 a.m. Chimney fire on Range Road.

2/11 at 1:12 p.m. Mutual aid RIT on McCartney Street in Yarmouth.
