2/5 at 6 p.m. Stewart Richardson, 23, of Mill Ridge Road, was issued a summons by Officer Kirk Mazuzan on charges of theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
2/6 at 1:41 a.m. Jessica Nicole Parker, 24, of Prince Street, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
2/10 at 8:19 p.m. Charles Craig, 52, of Sanderson Road, was issued a summons by Sgt. Thomas Burgess on a charge of operating under the influence.
