11/22 at 6:26 p.m. Oliver Steele IV, 25, of Foster Street, Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Benjamin Burnes at Gray and Wilson roads on charges of operating after suspension, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
