7/27 at 12:43 a.m. Carol Blakeney, 48, of Pleasant Valley Road, was arrested on Bruce Hill Road by Officer Antonio Ridge on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/27 at 2:09 a.m. Wilder Guerra, 30, of San Diego, Calif., was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Antonio Ridge on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/1 at 10:02 p.m. Andrian Williams, 26, of Harris Road, Portland, was arrested on Blanchard Road by Officer Rich Brewer on charges of eluding an officer, violating conditions of release, operating after suspension, driving to endanger, intentionally giving false name/date of birth and exceeding the posted speed limit by 30 miles per hour or more.
