8/17 at 2:49 a.m. Dana Plummer, 19, of Maple Street, Waterville, was arrested by Officer Antonio Ridge on Interstate 295 in Yarmouth and charged with operating under the influence, operating without a license and violating conditions of release.
8/17 at 5:04 a.m. Samuel Wilcox, 26, of Balsam Drive, was arrested by Officer Antonio Ridge on Balsam Drive on a charge of terrorizing.
