8/4 at 9:26 p.m. Ryan York, 20, of Longhill Road, Sebago, was issued a summons by Officer Benjamin Burnes on Mill Road on a charge of attaching false plates.
8/5 at 1:04 a.m. Holly Russell, 24, of Marginal Way, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Benjamin Burnes on Gray Road on a charge of operating after suspension.
8/7 at 3:17 a.m. Juan Retolaza, 20, of Brackett Street, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Benjamin Burnes on Blackstrap Road on charges of possession of liquor by a minor, and possession of marijuana.
