Summonses

8/4 at 8:57 p.m. Nicholas Norton, 28, of Harrison Road, Windham, was issued a summons by Officer Benjamin Burnes on Blackstrap Road on a charge of operating without a license more than 90 days.

8/4 at 9:26 p.m. Ryan York, 20, of Longhill Road, Sebago, was issued a summons by Officer Benjamin Burnes on Mill Road on a charge of attaching false plates.

8/5 at 1:04 a.m. Holly Russell, 24, of Marginal Way, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Benjamin Burnes on Gray Road on a charge of operating after suspension.
