3/30 at 3:23 p.m. Nathan Dupuis, 38, of Richmond, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Kirk Mazuzan.

3/26 at 7:35 a.m. Marlayna Lumbard, 21, of Blanchard Road, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days.
