4/15 at 2:07 a.m. David Parker, 34, of South Street, Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and operating under the influence.

4/22 at 12:10 a.m. Christopher Neagle, 58, of Orchard Road, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/23 at 12:13 a.m. Samantha Welch, 19, of Pleasant Street, Gorham, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Chris Woodcock.

Summonses

4/15 at 1:34 a.m. Karlee Cutler, 37, of Main Street, was summonsed by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/15 at 2:07 a.m. Jessica Nicole Parker, 23, of Prince Street, was summonsed by Officer Chris Woodcock on a warrant issued when Parker was a juvenile.

4/20 at 7 a.m. Joseph Raymond Sanchez, 42, of Amandas Way, was summonsed by Officer Antonio Ridge on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large.

4/20 at 1:15 p.m. A 15-year-old boy was summonsed by Officer John Dalbec on four counts of burglary.

4/24 at 7:11 p.m. Lynn Stewart, 39, of Winslow Road, Gorham, was summonsed by Officer Chris Woodcock on a charge of operating after suspension.

4/25 at 9:59 a.m. David Eaton, 40, of Brook Street, Westbrook, was summonsed by Officer Richard Brewer on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

4/22 at 10:27 a.m. Unpermitted burn on Lakeside Drive in Windham.
