3/27 at 10 p.m. Kelly McArthur, 41, of Carriage Road, was arrested on Middle Road by Officer Antonio Ridge on a charge of operating under the influence.
3/28 at 1:50 a.m. Timothy Richards, 29, of Blackstrap Road, was arrested at the Southbound Turnpike Plaza by Officer Antonio Ridge on charges of refusing to submit to arrest/detention and operating under the influence.
3/31 Anthony Christopher, 33, of Horton Street, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Ryan Martin on a warrant.
3/24 at 10:38 p.m. Randy Bickmore, 42, was issued a summons on Blanchard Road by Officer Christopher Woodcock on charges of operating with a suspended/revoked license and displaying a suspended/revoked licence.
3/26 at 7:43 a.m. A 17-year-old boy was issued a summons by Officer Peter Volk on a charge of passing a stopped Cumberland school bus.
3/26 at 2:35 p.m. A 17-year-old boy was issued a summons on Tuttle Road by Officer Mark Austin on a charge of operating without a license after being stopped for failing to yield at a stop sign.
3/31 at 11:18 a.m. Steven Richards, 33, of High Street, Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of operating after suspension.
3/17 At about 4 p.m., police received a call regarding a Chevy pickup truck weaving between lanes as it headed toward the town center on Tuttle Road. Police checked on the truck’s driver at his residence in Falmouth, and decided to take no action. The driver was believed to be avoiding pot holes on the ride home.
Head in the sand
3/21 A caller reported around 2:30 p.m. that two men in a Ford Ranger were picking up sand off the side of the road that Public Works had been using to fill pot holes. When police arrived, the truck was gone, but police soon located two subjects with a truck full of sand. Police issued the two subjects a verbal warning.
