HARPSWELL — A pair of cousins from Brunswick and Bath were arrested Wednesday in connection with an early morning burglary on Cundy’s Harbor Road.

Justin Robinson, 29, of Brunswick, and Connor Robinson, 19, of Bath, were charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and theft, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, and transported to Cumberland County Jail in Portland.

According to the sherriff’s office, two residents at 850 Cundys Harbor Road were awakened at 3:20 a.m. May 30 by noises coming from their basement, and then saw two men fleeing.

One resident chased and caught one of the suspects with assistance from an EMS provider present at the nearby fire station. Brunswick Police Department responded to the scene and found Justin Robinson being detained.

Cumberland County deputies arrived afterward and made the arrest. Connor Robinson later turned himself in at the Brunswick Police Department.
