Arrests

8/28 at 12:35 a.m. Michael Thorp, 23, was arrested on a warrant on Mildred Street by Officer Benjamin Macisso.

8/28 at 5:56 a.m. Paul Green, 33, of Portland, was arrested on a warrant on County Way in Portland by Officer Shane Stephenson.

8/28 at 9:38 a.m. Allanah DeCosta, 20, a transient, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Adam Howard on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and criminal trespass.

8/28 at 7:40 p.m. Richard Aspinall, 40, was arrested on Spear Avenue by Officer Erin Curry on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime or injury.
