Arrests

1/22 at 12:43 p.m. Timothy Bosquette, 33, of Scarborough, was arrested on a warrant on Anthoine Street by Officer Thomas Simonds.

1/22 at 3:15 p.m. Robin Darling, 42, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Steven Connors on charges of possession of scheduled drugs, operating under the influence and trafficking in prison contraband.

1/22 at 8 p.m. Michale Orne, 27, of Saco, was arrested on Portland Road in Saco by Officer Seth Page on a charge of violation of a protective order.

1/22 at 11:05 p.m. Marcella Sowerby, 56, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of theft of services.

1/23 at 12:47 a.m. Caitlin Gentilini, 39, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/23 at 1:13 a.m. Anna Mincher, 20, of Scarborough, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of operating without a license.

1/25 at 5:31 p.m. Matthew Ross, 20, of Saco, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating conditional release and on a warrant.

1/27 at 1:57 a.m. Philip Candelmo, 35, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of unlawful sexual touching, domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing.

1/27 at 6:36 p.m. Alyson Diprete, 22, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of operating after suspension.

1/28 at 9:23 p.m. April Hodgdon, 37, was arrested on Kincaid Street by Officer Seth Page on a charge of domestic violence assault.

1/29 at 5:22 a.m. Thaddius Smith, 24, of West Gardiner, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of violation of bail conditions.

1/22 at 7:31 p.m. Susan Brown, 46, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

1/23 at 4:31 p.m. A 12-year-old and a 13-year-old, of Portland, were issued summonses on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jake Hall on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

1/23 at 5:12 p.m. A 13-year-old, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kenneth Cronin on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

1/24 at 3:11 p.m. A 12-year-old, of Bridgton, and a 13-year-old, of Casco, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by officer Jake Hall on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

1/25 at 5:31 p.m. A 17-year-old, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

1/27 at 4:57 p.m. An 11-year-old, a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old were summonsed on Nelson Road by Officer Scott Corbett on charges of assault.

1/28 at 6:11 a.m. Nicholas Roy, 30, was summonsed on the Turnpike Spur by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of illegal attachment of plates.

1/28 at 1:58 p.m. Donna Whitten, 45, was summonsed on County Way in Portland by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument.

1/28 at 10:52 p.m. Nicholas Monteclavo, 40, was summonsed on Ridgeland Avenue by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of assault.

Old habits die hard

1/25 at 5 p.m. Police responded to Philbrook Avenue for a report of a man bothering customers at a local business. Police determined the suspect had previously been summonsed for trespassing and was not allowed in the business, Mark Moreau, 40, who police say is a transient, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.

Armed bullies

1/27 at 4:57 p.m. Police responded to Nelson Road, where two 13-year-olds said they were assaulted by a group of juveniles, some of whom had knives. The three juveniles, an 11-, 13- and 14 year-old, were summonsed on charges of assault. Police said no one was stuck with a knife found on the 14-year-old.

Bad check leads to summons

1/28 at 1 p.m. Police were asked to investigate a complaint made by an oil dealer, who made a delivery to a Marcelle Avenue home in December. The oil company said they were paid with a check from an account that had been closed. Police later located the suspect on County Way in Portland. Donna Whitten, 45, was summonsed on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument.
