Arrests

10/24 at 1:35 a.m. Elizabeth Darling, 43, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of violation of conditional release and possession of a suspended driver's license. 

10/24 at 1:35 a.m. Cory Pierce, 36, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Jeff Levesque on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension. 

10/24 at 8:65 p.m. Cheryl Gallant, 31, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of violating conditional release. 

10/24 at 8:54 p.m. Brian Reeves, 28, was was arrested on Broadway by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

10/25 at 12:57 a.m. Tammy Taketa, 20, of Harrison, was arrested on a warrant  on Broadway by Officer Kevin Sager. 

10/25 at 1:54 a.m. Micah Bittner, 20, of Concord, Calif., was arrested on Skillings Street by Officer Jeff Levesque on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and theft by unauthorized taking.

10/26 at 3:50 p.m. Ronald Castrello, 40, of Westbrook, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Christopher Todd on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violation of conditional release. 

10/27 at 1:19 a.m. Matthew Davidson, 19, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Seth Page on charges of illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor, operating under the influence and operating without a license.

10/30 at 10:47 a.m. Natasha Dionisio, 19, a transient, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Robert Libby on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/30 at 3:09 p.m. Scott Boody, 44, a transient, was arrested on Clarks Pond Parkway by Officer Robert Libby on charges of theft by deception, possession of scheduled drugs, criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest, forgery, misuse of identification, violating conditional release and attempted theft of a firearm. 

10/30 at 3:36 p.m. Heather MacDonald, 27, was arrested on Devereaux Circle by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of violation of conditional release.

10/25 at 1:13 a.m. James Leeman, 30, was summonsed on Interstate 295 by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/25 at 2:53 p.m. Gary Thibodeau, 21, was summonsed on Highland Avenue by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of theft of services. 

10/25 at 9:45 a.m. Samantha Dimanstrantonio, 21, was summonsed on Westbrook Street by Officer John Bostwick on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/25 at 11:53 a.m. Douglas McDermont, 29, of Sanford, was summonsed on Bonneygrove Drive in Scarborough by Officer James Fahey on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/27 at 11:29 a.m. Paul Leary, 19, of Scarborough, was summonsed on Slocum Drive by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. 

10/27 at 11:26 p.m. Matthew Stuart, 19, of Belgrade, was summonsed on North Richland Street by Officer Benjamin Macisso on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. 

10/29 at 7:02 p.m. Cierra King, 18, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/30 at 5:30 a.m. Jessica Flanagan, 26, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer Seth Page on a charge of operating after suspension. 

10/30 at 8:41 a.m. A 17-year-old, of Newburgh, was summonsed on Western Avenue by Officer Steven Connors on charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening. 

10/30 at 5:35 p.m. A 15-year-old, of Waterboro, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

Beer bandit flees police

10/25 at 2 a.m. Police arrested a man who allegedly stole a six-pack of beer from a Cash Corner convenience store, after a brief foot chase. The man had fled from the store by the time the officers arrived, but was located nearby on Skillings Street. Upon seeing the officer, the man reportedly ran but was caught by police. Micah Bittner, 27, of Concord, Calif., was arrested on charges of theft and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.  

Struggle for officer's weapon

10/30 at 3:09 p.m. Officer Robert Libby fought for his life after responding to the report of a stolen credit card at a Clarks Pond business. Upon arrival, Libby made contact with the suspect, who tried to flee. A struggle ensued and the suspect reportedly tried to remove the officer's weapon. Scott Boody, 44, a transient, was arrested for theft by deception, possession of scheduled drugs, criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest, forgery, misuse of credit identification, violating conditions of release and attempted theft of a firearm.
