Arrests

9/11 at 11:54 p.m. Jessica Judith Colby, 21, was arrested on Ballard Street by Officer Andrew Nelson on charges of violation of conditional release and failure to give correct name and date of birth. 

9/12 at 6:49 p.m. Joseph Luczkowski, 44, of Litchfield, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of violation of a protective order. 

9/13 at 12:33 a.m. Brandon Vermette, 21, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Seth Page on Colin Kelly Road and on a charge of violation of conditional release. 

9/13 at 3:46 p.m. Thomas Shell, 19, of Portland, was arrested on Market Street by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief. 

9/14 at 12:50 a.m. Elizabeth Darling, 43, was arrested on Elizabeth Taylor Lane by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/14 at 9:39 a.m. Joshua Galyean, 24, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Steven Connors on Powers Road. 

9/14 at 4 p.m. Adam Milligan, 22, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Robert Scarpelli on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

9/15 at 2:27 p.m. Harley Irving Sproul 42, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of criminal trespass. 

9/16 at 5:09 p.m. Kenneth Dubec, 19, of Westbrook, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay counseling fees by Officer Richard Mearn on Broadway.

9/17 at 1:40 a.m. Joseph Miller, 32, was arrested on Grandview Avenue by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of domestic violence assault, aggravated criminal trespass and obstructing report of a crime or injury.

9/12 at 3:45 p.m. Kristina Brulotte, 38, of Buxton, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9/12 at 4:30 p.m. A 14-year-old, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

9/13 at 1:56 a.m. Elizabeth Quatrano, 25, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating after suspension. 

9/13 at 10:24 p.m. Brent Hood, 24, of Portland, was summonsed on Cottage Road by Officer Robert Libby on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

9/13 at 5:58 p.m. Alyson Feltovic, 18, of Raymond, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.  

9/14 at 12 a.m. Kimberly Edwards, 18, of Bridgton, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

9/17 at 2:29 p.m. Two 13-year-olds were summonsed on Boothby Avenue by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charges of receiving stolen property.

Dent out of shape

9/13 at 3:30 p.m. Police were called to a Waterman Drive parking lot for a reported assault that involved a man kicking a vehicle. The female victim told police the incident was the result of an argument with her ex-boyfriend at a nearby Broadway restaurant. The man allegedly assaulted her and dented her car by kicking it. Although he left with friends, Thomas Shell, 19, of Portland, was arrested in the Willard Beach parking lot on a charge of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

Stolen bike recovered

9/17 at 2:45 p.m. Officer Theodore Sargent responded to a reported bike theft on Ocean Street. He later located the 13-year-old suspect, who was not in possession of the bike, but was nonetheless summonsed for theft. Several days later, however, Sargent encountered the suspect with a group of friends, one of whom was allegedly riding the stolen bike. The 13-year-old was summonsed on a charge of receiving stolen property.
