Arrests

6/20 at 1:43 a.m. Patrick Lawton, 36, of New York, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating after suspension. 

6/20 at 8:44 a.m. Robert Snow, 40, was arrested on Walnut Street by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

6/20 at 4:50 p.m. Sasha Boryseo, 21, of Ukraine, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kenneth Cronin on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

6/20 at 5:49 p.m. Stephen MacDonald, 22, was arrested on Ocean Street by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of violation of probation. 

6/20 at 8:43 p.m. Edward Ochmanski, 73, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charge of operating under the influence. 

6/20 at 11:36 p.m. Giovanni Martinez, 18, of East Hartford Conn., was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer David Stailing on a charge of unlawful trafficking in drugs.

6/22 at 3:11 p.m. Justin Towle, 19, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

6/23 at 9 a.m. Randa Nason, 23, of Biddeford, was arrested on Larrabee Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of assault. 

6/23 at 9 a.m. Jaime Smith, 31, a transient, was arrested on Larrabee Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of assault.

6/23 at 3:59 p.m. Kenneth Cash, 76, was arrested on Deake Street By Officer Theodore Sargent on a warrant for allegedly failing to file a tax return. 

6/23 at 8:32 p.m. Zakeya Warren, 25, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

6/24 at 5:31 p.m. Matthew Trank, 22, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Peter Corbett on Devereaux Circle. 

6/25 at 2:28 a.m. Sahen Clark, 21, of Freeport, was arrested on the Turnpike Spur by Officer Seth Page on charges of violation of conditional release and violation of a protection from abuse order.

6/22 at 12:56 a.m. Ian Schlh, 19, of Gorham, was summonsed on Spring Point Drive by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. 

6/22 at 4:09 p.m. Amanda McFetridge, 19, was summonsed on Maine Street by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of criminal mischief.

6/24 at 6:27 p.m. A 15-year-old, of Scarborough, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Benjamin Macisso on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

6/25 at 1:54 p.m. David Duncan, 32, was summonsed on Sawyer Street by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of violating conditional release.

Smells like trouble

6/21 at 11:36 p.m. Police went to a Maine Mall Road hotel to investigate a 911 hang-up call. While on the scene, the officers were told that there was the odor of marijuana coming from a room. The officers made contact with the people staying in the room and upon further investigation reportedly found drug paraphernalia and pharmaceutical drugs. Giovanni Martinez, 18, of Connecticut, was arrested on a charge of trafficking in Schedule W drugs.

Not morning people

6/23 at 9 a.m. Officer Steven Connors was called to a reported road rage incident, where a female driver told police she had been followed and tailgated by another car on the turnpike before getting off in South Portland. When the victim stopped at a traffic light, two women in the following car reportedly got out, grabbed her by the hair and punched her repeatedly. Although the suspects fled, they were stopped by Westbrook Police on Larabee Road. Randa Nason, 23, of Biddeford, was arrested on charges of assault and violation of bail conditions. Jaime Smith, 31, a transient, was arrested on a charge of assault.
